Brochures are available on the welcome table in the Narthex.Pastor Daniel would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
A fundamental question woven through the book of Samuel is who is the real king of Israel. After the failures of Eli's and Samuel's sons, the people ask for a king, which God interprets as a rejection of his kingship. Saul fails in large part because of his lack of obedience to God, the true king. David has a mixed record but succeeds, if you will, to the degree that he trusts in God. But even he is not the true king of Israel.
