Wednesday Evening Study

The Foundation of Faith: Building upon the Solid Rock

“I believe in the holy catholic church.” It is an essential part of the Creed, which we affirm every week. But what is the church and how does it shape our identity and particular calling as men? In this weekly class led by Pastor Castaldo, we will learn what it means for the church to be a people assembled by God’s Word and Spirit, who trust the promise of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the fellowship of those who live together “in Christ” by the animating presence of the Holy Spirit. With particular attention on this calling for men—in the context of work, marriage, family, and our community—we will examine these issues from the Bible, church history, and systematic theology, pressing into the fullness of Christian faith with one another.

We will meet each Wednesday, beginning September 22nd, from 7:00–8:30 PM in the Conference Room.
